Ingredients

You don’t need to freak out seeing the list of ingredients, because the end result will be worth it.

  • 500gms paneer
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 7-8 cloves garlic
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp forest honey
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds; toasted
  • 1 tbsp spring onion greens
Preparations
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped garlic for a minute.
  • Then chop the veggies in large cubes and add in the garlic. Sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make a lump free corn-flour slurry with water and sauces.
  • Add the paneer cubes and green chilies in the sautéed veggies. Season it with salt as per taste. Sauté well.
  • Now add the sauces and stir well. After it thickens and becomes dry, drizzle some honey and give a quick mix.
  • Serve hot with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions on the top.
