Here is a yummy and healthy recipe that everyone shall enjoy. You can serve it as a welcome drink. Or you can also have it as an energy drink. So, this is how you can prepare a Gulab shahad doodh recipe.

Ingredients

Take a look at the ingredients that you need for making the honey dry fruit balls:

1 tablespoon Gulab petal paste
2 tablespoons of sabja seeds
1 tablespoon of whipped cream or full cream.
Coarsely ground pista
Ice
2 Tablespoons of Nature’s Nectar organic honey.

Procedure:

Soak the sabja seeds in water. For the Gulab petal paste you need to grind fresh rose petals in a grinder. Next, mix the coarsely ground pista or pistachio with the whipped cream of full cream and keep it aside.

Now take a shaker and to this add the soaked sabja seed and the Gulab petal paste. Next, add 1 glass of milk. Finally, add the 2 tablespoons of Nature’s Nectar honey. Now close the shaker and shake it well. If you do not have a shaker then you can take all the ingredients in the mixer jar and mix them well using the mixer.

Take your favorite glass and pour the milkshake into the glass. Add some ice to this milk. Now add the pista and cream mixture on top. You can also place some rose petals on the top.
