Honey Chai

1 Cup water
1 black tea bag
A pinch of ground ginger
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground cardamom
¼ cup Honey
1` cup Milk

Method
1) In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, tea bag, ginger, cinnamon and
cardamom.
2) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover
and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
3) To serve hot – Mix 1 part of the tea base along with 1 part of milk and serve hot.
4) To serve cold – Either consume as it is with ice or Mix milk with the honey tea
base and serve Chilled.
