Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are hard to beat when it comes to finger-licking deliciousness. These are ideal for family get-togethers, or a night in with friends. What better way to dress up chicken wings than with a sweet and sticky honey glaze? This honey-glazed chicken wings dish will satisfy your tastes while also wowing your guests.

  • 2 lbs of chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Nature’s Nectar honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish1/4 cup soy sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and set them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and well cooked.
  3. Make the honey glaze while the chicken wings are baking. Combine Nature’s Nectar honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower to a low heat.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the corn flour and 1 tablespoon of water until completely dissolved. Stir the cornflour mixture into the honey glaze. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the glaze thickens.
  5. Remove the chicken wings from the oven and generously coat them with the honey glaze. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has caramelized and the chicken wings are sticky and wonderful.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the chicken wings with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
