Shipping policy


Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed and are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Order Verification

To ensure secure and accurate deliveries, some orders, especially Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, may require verification before dispatch. If we are unable to verify the order or contact the customer, Nature's Nectar reserves the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct mobile number and PIN code. Nature's Nectar will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, remote locations, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid order without a valid reason, the refund request may be subject to review. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount before processing.
